Refund policy
Simple tiers, counted from your court time
Cancelling a court booking
- More than 48 hours before your start time — a full refund, less the payment-processing fee.
- 24 to 48 hours before — the rest comes back to you: the venue keeps half the price for the slot it held, and the payment-processing fee comes off.
- Less than 24 hours before — no refund; the venue has held the slot for you.
If the venue cancels
You get every peso back — the full price, with no fee deducted. No tiers, no questions. The same goes for an open-play session a venue calls off.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are transferred via InstaPay/PESONet. We ask for the bank or e-wallet account to send it to while you're cancelling, and if you skip it there, the booking's row in My bookings will keep asking. Once the details are in, transfers are usually same-day and always within 2 business days — and you'll get a notification the moment one is recorded.
Open play and pools
Open-play seats follow the same tiers, counted from the session start. Pool shares are simpler: leave a pool, let it miss its deadline, or have the organizer call it off — at any stage — and you get a full refund, less the payment-processing fee, whatever the clock says.
